Adapted from Camões's poem, The Lusiads takes us on a journey through Portugal's history. The beginning of the country, the discovery of the sea route to India and the strength, humanity, resilience and courage of a people that often neglects to see its own greatness. Daring to explore the writer's process, Camões (Mafalda Pinto Correia) is put on stage with his characters. Where he will question the value given to art and highlight the bravery of the Portuguese people.
